Kids in speech question...

DS1 has been in speech for 2.5 years. He currently attends a private therapy school 3 days a week which helps with his speech, OT, and feeding issues for 2.5 hours after his regular morning kindergarten. We've seen a difference in the few months that he's been there.

Before he started there, he went to a private practice for just speech twice a week for 30 minutes for 2 years. We didn't see much if any improvement. He had startef at once per week and increased to twice per week before we moved.

We found that he responds better in a natural "school" setting than in the unnatural clinical setting.
